How to activate the purchased eSIM plan?

Your eSIM activates automatically the first time it connects to a supported network at your destination — there's no manual "activation button" needed. Here's how it works:

Activation steps

• Install the eSIM profile before you travel (scan the QR code or enter the activation code, following the installation guide for your device)

• Arrive at your destination, then switch your Cellular/Mobile Data to the Tiger eSIM

• Turn on Data Roaming for this eSIM (Settings → Cellular → [Tiger eSIM] → Data Roaming → ON)

• Wait 3-10 minutes for the eSIM to connect to the local network. When signal bars appear with 4G/5G, your plan is activated and ready to use

Important notes

• Your plan's validity starts from the moment of activation (first connection to a supported network), so don't worry about it counting down before you arrive

• Before activation, the plan shows as in the Tiger eSIM app — this is normal. Once connected, the status will update and the Active/Expiry times will be filled in
