Applicability Refunds from Tiger eSIM are available only if you purchased the service directly from Tiger eSIM. If you purchased the service through a third party, you must contact that third party to process any refund requests. Statutory Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions If you purchased the service as a consumer, you have a statutory right to unilaterally withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after purchase or before eSIM activation, whichever comes first. Special Notice: Once an eSIM is activated, no refunds will be granted. Once a physical SIM card is shipped or collected, no refunds will be granted. The statutory right of withdrawal shall not apply to the above circumstances. Replacement and Refund If you have purchased the service, but SIM/eSIM activation failed due to Tiger eSIM's error or negligence, or you are unable to use the service because Tiger eSIM has decided to terminate it, we will provide either a replacement service or a full refund of the purchase price at your option. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions: You must submit the refund request within 30 days of the issue giving rise to the claim. Tiger eSIM fails to restore your access to and use of the purchased service within 10 days of receiving your refund request. You have cooperated with us to resolve any issues you encountered while accessing or using the service. If you have used part of the service quota for which you are applying for a refund, no refund will be granted. No Refund / No Replacement Under all other circumstances, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement service. This includes, but is not limited to: eSIM activated, physical SIM card delivered, data used, package activated, change of travel plans for personal reasons, device incompatibility, network coverage issues, or other situations not caused by Tiger eSIM's fault. How to Request a Refund You may submit a refund request to our support team by emailing support@tigeresims.com. Our support team may ask you to provide additional information to support your request, such as screenshots of your device settings. If you are eligible for a refund, you may choose to receive it via: In-app credit (valid for future purchases); Or Your original payment method (international transaction fees may be deducted). Please note that refunds to your original payment method may take up to 30 business days to be processed. Unauthorized Purchases If you suspect any unauthorized purchases on your account, you must notify our support team immediately. Tiger eSIM reserves the right to suspend any account associated with fraudulent activity. The approval of any refund shall be at Tiger eSIM's sole discretion. Billing Errors If you believe you were incorrectly charged for a Tiger eSIM service, contact our support team within 30 days of the charge and provide detailed reasons for the alleged error. We will then conduct an investigation. The approval of any refund shall be at Tiger eSIM's sole discretion.
