Which devices are incompatible with eSIM?

Incompatibility applies to the following cases:

• Operator-customized phones and contract phones may restrict the installation of third-party eSIMs.

• Some mainland China version phones do not have an eSIM hardware module and cannot be used.

• Jailbroken/rooted devices may cause eSIM authentication failure and are not supported.
