How to activate eSIM? Is manual operation required?

No manual "activation" operation is needed. Your eSIM activates automatically the first time it connects to a supported network at your destination.

Here's what to do:

• Install the eSIM profile before you travel (scan the QR code or enter the activation code — the profile must be downloaded successfully)

• Arrive at your destination, then switch your Cellular/Mobile Data to the Tiger eSIM

• Turn on Data Roaming for this eSIM (Settings → Cellular → [Tiger eSIM] → Data Roaming → ON)

• Wait 3-10 minutes — the device will automatically register with the local network. When signal bars appear with 4G/5G, your plan is activated and ready to use

• Activation starts your plan's validity, so it's best to switch over only when you're ready to use it at your destination

• Before activation, the plan shows as in the Tiger eSIM app — this is normal and changes automatically once connected
