Can I transfer my eSIM to another device / change phones?

Our eSIM can only be installed on one device. The eSIM is already bound to the device you currently installed it on and cannot be installed on other devices. Even if you delete the eSIM from the current device, you can only reinstall it on the same device. If you need internet access on multiple devices, we recommend enabling hotspot tethering or purchasing separate plans for other devices.
