How to check the usage of purchased plan?

You can check your plan usage in the following ways:

1. Tiger eSIM app (recommended)

• Download the Tiger eSIM app (App Store / Google Play), log in with the email address you used when placing your order

• Go to the My eSIM page — you'll see your plan status, remaining/used data and validity period

2. Alipay mini-program

• Open the Tiger eSIM mini-program in Alipay → Profile → My Orders → tap your order to view usage details

3. On your phone (data counter)

• iPhone: Settings → Cellular → [Tiger eSIM] → Cellular Data Usage, shows usage for the current period (note: this counter may reset at different times than your plan's daily reset, so the app is the most accurate source)

For the most accurate and up-to-date figures (especially daily high-speed allowance and throttling status on unlimited plans), we recommend checking the Tiger eSIM app.
