How to obtain package installation guidelines after payment?

After payment, you can get your package installation guidelines through any of the following ways:

1. Order email (sent automatically)

• Immediately after purchase, an email with your eSIM QR code / activation code and installation guide (PDF) is sent to the email address you used when placing the order. Check your inbox (and spam folder) — this is the quickest way to start.

2.Tiger eSIM app

• Download the Tiger eSIM app (App Store / Google Play), log in with the email address used for the order, and view the installation details on the My eSIM page (you can also install automatically from there)
