How to top up or add more data to my eSIM?
You can add more data to your eSIM in two ways:
1. Alipay mini-program

Open the Tiger eSIM mini-program in Alipay → Profile → My Orders → select your eSIM order → choose Add Plan

Select the plan you need and complete the payment
2. Tiger eSIM app
- Open the Tiger eSIM app → My eSIM → select your eSIM → tap Add Plan and follow the prompts
Important notes

When topping up, make sure the new plan is added to the same eSIM (same ICCID) — in that case, no reinstallation is needed. Once your current plan is used up or expires, the new plan will activate automatically

If you're not sure which eSIM your active plan is on, check the ICCID first (iPhone: Settings → General → About; Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIM Manager)
