How to view historical orders?

You can view your order history in the following ways:

1. Alipay mini-program

• Open the Tiger eSIM mini-program in Alipay (search "Tiger eSIM" on the Alipay homepage) → Profile → My Orders — all your past orders will be listed there, including order number, plan details, status and installation info

2. Tiger eSIM app

• Download the Tiger eSIM app (App Store / Google Play), log in with the email address you used when placing your orders — you'll find your order history under the profile/orders section

3. Order emails

• Every order confirmation email sent to your inbox contains the order details; you can search your email by "Tiger eSIM" or the order number
